READYROLL
Pace Match Score

No more mismatched rides.

Pace Match Score automatically sorts your members into the right group — every time.

The problem

Manual sorting is awkward and error-prone.

Every club has had it happen: a strong rider accidentally signs up for the social group and spends the ride soft-pedalling at the back. Or a newer member joins the tempo group and gets dropped in the first kilometre, left to navigate home alone.

Asking members to self-declare their pace level doesn't work either. People overestimate their fitness, underestimate a route, or simply don't know what "moderate" means for your club. Admins then spend the morning sending corrective messages — or say nothing and hope for the best.

The solution

A score built from real data, not guesses.

ReadyRoll collects pace data from members at onboarding — 5K times, average ride speed, or a simple self-report — and keeps it current as members complete sessions. When a member RSVPs for a ride or run, Pace Match Score compares their history against the session's pace-group thresholds and pre-selects the right group for them.

Groups map to four tiers: Social, Moderate, Tempo, and Race. Each club defines its own speed ranges, so the thresholds match your community's actual fitness distribution.

Admins can override any assignment before or after the RSVP — Pace Match Score is a default, not a gate. But in practice, clubs report that the automatic assignment is accepted more than 90% of the time.

What changes when Pace Match Score is on

Members self-sort correctly without admin intervention

ReadyRoll surfaces the right pace group for each member at RSVP time. Admins spend their Saturday morning riding, not fielding questions about which group is right for them.

📉

Fewer no-shows from riders who picked the wrong group

Mismatched RSVPs are a hidden source of no-shows. When members see a group that actually fits them, they show up — and come back.

Works for both cycling and running clubs

Pace Match Score accepts 5K times and average run pace for runners, and average ride speed or FTP ranges for cyclists. One system, two sports.
