Changelog
What we've shipped. We update this weekly.
May 25, 2026v0.9.5
- Flexible pricing launched: clubs can choose member-paid ($5/member/year, paid by each member at signup), club-paid monthly ($4.75/member/year), or club-paid annual ($4.50/member/year). A $50/year minimum applies to club-paid plans.
- Self-serve billing: club admins pick a plan and subscribe by card in a few clicks — auto-renewing, with invoice history and payment-method updates built in. No separate Stripe login needed.
- Member-paid clubs: new members activate their $5/year membership at signup, with a 7-day grace window before it's required.
May 16, 2026v0.9.4
- Pace Match Score v2 now uses the last 3 months of Strava activity instead of self-reported pace — scores update automatically on the next Strava sync.
- Session detail page now shows a live RSVP breakdown by pace group before the ride starts, visible to all members.
- Route privacy masking extended: first and last 200 m of any shared GPX route are now hidden by default, with an opt-in override for clubs that meet at public venues.
May 9, 2026v0.9.3
- Strava pace sync now populates Pace Match Score automatically — members no longer need to enter pace manually after linking their account.
- Club admins can now pin a route to a session so members see elevation profile and distance on the RSVP screen.
- Waiver status is now shown inline on the member roster — overdue waivers surface in amber, expired in red.
May 2, 2026v0.9.2
- Session cancellation now sends an immediate push notification and email to all RSVPed members.
- Fixed a bug where pace-group capacity limits were not enforced when two members RSVP'd simultaneously.
April 25, 2026v0.9.1
- Waiver flow redesigned for mobile: single-page scroll, large tap targets, optimised for completing on a phone before a ride.
- Emergency contact information is now pre-filled from a member's profile on subsequent waiver renewals — no re-entry required.
April 11, 2026v0.9.0
- Governing body dashboard launched for federation directors — aggregate view of session frequency, active member counts, and waiver compliance across all affiliated clubs.
- Federation admins can now flag a club's status (Active, Probation, Suspended) and the change propagates to that club's member-facing app within 60 seconds.
- Club health score introduced: a composite metric based on session cadence, RSVP rate, and waiver coverage, visible to both club admins and federation directors.
March 24, 2026v0.8.0 — Pilot Launch
- First pilot clubs onboarded across Canada — cycling, running, and triathlon clubs in British Columbia and Ontario.
- Core feature set live: session scheduling with pace-group RSVP, GPX route library with privacy masking, digital waiver collection, and Strava account linking.
- Club admin dashboard available on web; member-facing RSVP and route views available on web and mobile web.
